You can save thousands of dollars with our Help-U-Sell Basic Service Plan. Sounds impossible?  It's not. If you are willing to spend a little time, we will help you sell your home and save thousands. All you pay is a flat fee. The flat fee is payable only at closing. That too only if the property sells. There is no upfront fee.

What Do We Do

• We explain the whole selling process and provide consultation
• We do a market analysis and give you a Price Opinion
• We use our exclusive marketing system to bring in the buyers
• We take color photos, make the virtual tour and prepare other marketing material
• We list your home on the internet and expose on Social Media
• We put the "For Sale" sign outside your property
• We lend you "Open House" signs
• We help in contract negotiations
• We discuss the "good" and the "bad" in all the offers and negotiate to get the best possible price
• We help your buyer obtain financing
• We manage the escrow process once your house gets in contract
• We help you avoid problems, assist you should any arise and work to save you money in all the hidden parts of the transaction
• We coordinate with appraisers, inspectors and other professionals
• We help you with the escrow/settlement and follow through until closing
