Concord is the biggest city in Contra Costa County, California. At the 2010 registration, the city had a populace of 122,067 making it the eighth biggest city in the San Francisco Bay Area. Established in 1869 as the network of Todos Santos by Salvio Pacheco, the name was changed to Concord inside months. The city is 29 miles east of San Francisco.
